Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (08:00 – 16:00) Central Time. Daylight Saving time, or Summer time, starts in the USA on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
E-mail and Skype chat messages left for FLF outside normal office hours or on a holiday will be answered on the next working day. The FLF staff may voluntarily work in support of FLF’s international partners after hours or on holidays.
