The adventure of a lifetime. A life-changing experience. A deepening of faith. These are just a few of the ways our volunteers describe their experiences after Future Leadership Foundation missions.

On FLF mission trips, our volunteers provide the crucial manpower, support and testimony needed that allow our projects to change the world. Will you join us? The rewards are endless. Here’s what we ask of you:
- Our volunteers are responsible for the full cost of the trip, which includes travel, lodging and meals. FLF is a 501.c.3 organization, so your expenses are tax-deductible.
- An FLF mission volunteer needs to be a Christian, an active member of an evangelical church and endorsed by the church.
- The volunteer’s values need to be in harmony with the values of FLF.
- Volunteers need access to an online email account that can receive attachments, which are normally sent as PDF files.

Ministering to the people of Lithuania and Belarus through FLF has confirmed for me once again the overwhelming joy and privilege of seeing God moving in the hearts and lives of ordinary people doing extraordinary work in His name.
Thank you FLF for your tireless efforts to help equip the people for the work of the ministry.John Jackson, – Farmington, Missouri
My experience can be summed up in two words: Life Changing. Having the privilege to participate in a FLF trip to Lithuania and Belarus gives you an entirely new perspective on the blessings and freedoms we enjoy in the United States. Seeing how differently these two former Soviet block countries have developed was remarkable. But more significant than the experience of visiting Eastern Europe was the profound impact of meeting believers there. Christians that live out their faith every day in the face of incredible adversity. It is humbling and you are never the same.Ken Enloe, – Jefferson City, Missouri
