Today began the big migration to Poland.

The rest of the day, frankly, was a lot of sitting and standing – standing in lines to check in language, sitting while waiting at terminals, standing in lines to board, and sitting on flights. As Monday ended we were on various flights between North America and Europe.
Even in the midst of our own journeys, we have been receiving updates from those attending from other countries. It is our prayer that connections are made, travel is safe, and obstacles such entering the country are minimized.
In the midst of transferring flights, one group eating together asked the waitress if they could pray for her while they also prayed over the meal. She paused to consider and then shared that she was in a time of transition, working through the summer after dissolving her business, and she asked if she could stay and pray with the group. The experience was a reminder that we should avoid being so focused on the destination that we lose sight of opportunities for ministry along the way.
